Company Secretary
Our current volunteer Company Secretary is retiring from the role and we are looking to recruit a replacement. Ideally we would like someone from a legal background with experience of working with voluntary/public benefit organisations including committees and trusteeship.
A knowledge of charity and company law will also be needed. Most of all we need someone who shares our passion for historic buildings and places, and someone who would like to become actively involved in saving heritage at risk. Closing date 28th February 2021.
